FORSLUND® Semi-Automatic, Electromechanical Screen Printers are known throughout the industry for repeatability, accuracy and durability. Because of the rugged construction, total coplanarity adjustments and trailing edge squeegee blade, the FORSLUND Screen Printers have been successfully used to print CERMET MATERIALS onto ceramic substrates with lines and spaces down to .0025".

The FORSLUND Screen Printers are designed with the following features:

High Accuracy: The X, Y, and Theta of Substrate Alignment are adjustable to .0005".
Rugged Construction: Heavy cast aluminum components and large pivot bearings assure years of trouble free usage.
Quick Set Up: Adjustable screws for the dial indicators allow for X, Y, Z and Theta orientation. The squeegee assembly offers micrometer screw adjustments.
Increased Production: Cycles as low as 4 seconds are adjustable for total process control.
Low Maintenance: Sealed and pre-lubricated bearings as well as minimal moving parts reduce maintenance requirements.
No Air Required: All motions are driven by electric motors.
Print Capabilities: Any printable material can be accommodated with screens or stencils.
Fixed Substrate Registration: The vacuum registration base does not move during the print cycle thus eliminating double registration inaccuracies inherent with shuttle systems.
Instant Cycle Interrupt: An on-off switch permits abeyance at any time during the process.
Operator Safety: Screen closure is by gravity. Squeegee drive force is limited, moving components are enclosed and a foot switch permits hands free operation.
Easy Screen Changeover: Screen frames (chases) are held in place by four mounting lugs permitting easy removal and replacement without loss of registration.
Quick Installation: Just remove the printer from the crate and plug it in.
