27 Feb Wire Abrader System
The SWAM Wire Abrader System is designed to consistently abrade the outside diameter of a wire ranging from 0.010″ to 0.060″ in diameter standard. The individual wires are manually fed into a variable speed wire pass through mechanism that guides the wire into the blasting area. As it passes through, the wire is completely abraded with a 4-way adjustable nozzle fixture before exiting onto a holding tray. The Wire Abrader System includes two Model LV-1 Micro Sandblasters that operate four nozzle tips. Individual wires larger than 0.060″ in diameter and spools of wires can be accommodated. For manual processing, an optional Ergonomic Work Chamber can be mounted to the side of the frame. Please specify your electrical requirements when requesting a quote.
