SWAM® Model NP 24×24 XY (Two Axes) Nozzle Positioning System has a range of work area that is 24″ in both X and Y axis (24″x 24″). Crystal Mark is able to configure the range of motion as required to work with the customer’s specific application requirements. The system uses crosshair alignment to position the nozzle precisely over the substrate work area.
The system can be used for precision surface finishing, de-burring, coating removal, and machine cutting for a range of industrial applications. The Crystal Mark lab team is able to work with the customer and define the product options and process parameters for consistent, repeatable results for the target work piece.
Crystal Mark is able to consult with customers to select the right abrasive, select or custom design nozzles with the right diameter, analyze and define required air pressure which can be configured for each application, and also nozzle distance to the target area to be processed using micro abrasive sandblasting.
The SWAM® NP 24×24 Automated System can be built using LV-1 or XV-1 Micro Sandblasters.
